In the process of processing stamping and drawing parts, we often encounter the uneven shape of the processed products, sometimes research for a long time, can not find a solution. The reasons for the uneven shape of the deep drawing parts are manifold, and the main reasons and solutions are as follows: 

1) No air hole on the convex mold.

In the stamping process, the air inside the workpiece is compressed by the convex mold, and it can not be discharged, so that the shape of the deep-drawing parts appear uneven, and this reason is often easier for many people to ignore. The solution is to increase the air hole in the convex mold.

2) rough uneven.

The surface of the blank is not flat, resulting in uneven surface of the deep drawing parts. The solution is to replace the material with better surface quality.
