Stretch machining is a common metal machining process, used to make a variety of complex shapes and need to have a certain strength of the metal parts. The process of tensile parts processing generally includes the following main steps:

1. Material preparation: first of all, we need to choose suitable metal materials as raw materials, generally choose metal materials with good tensile properties, such as cold rolled steel, stainless steel plate. Then the material for cutting, cutting and other processes, ready to meet the processing requirements of the workpiece raw materials.

2. mold design: according to the design requirements of the parts, design the corresponding stretching mold. Stretching mold usually includes two parts, the upper mold and the lower mold, the upper mold and the lower mold through the rod or cylinder connection, used to achieve the metal sheet stretching forming.

3. Heating: Before stretching, the sheet metal is usually heated to improve its plasticity and ductility, making it easier to form the desired shape.

4. Stretch forming: the heated sheet metal is put into the stretching mold, and the sheet metal is pushed by lowering the upper mold or pulling the rod, so that the sheet metal is deformed by stretching inside the mold, and is gradually formed into the shape required by the design.

5. Cooling: After the sheet metal is finished stretching and forming, it needs to be cooled to fix its shape. The cooling process is usually water or air cooled to ensure the stability of the size and shape of the stretched parts.

6. Shaping and trimming: After stretch forming, the parts may have some irregular shapes or burrs, which need to be shaped and trimmed, including cutting, grinding, polishing, etc., so as to make them meet the design requirements.

7. Inspection and evaluation: Finally, the finished tensile parts need to be strictly inspected and evaluated to check whether the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, strength and other performance indicators are in line with the standard requirements to ensure that the product quality is up to standard.

To sum up, the process of tensile parts processing includes the steps of material preparation, mold design, heating treatment, tensile forming, cooling treatment, shaping and trimming and inspection and evaluation. Through reasonable process control and fine processing operation, we can obtain the products with accurate size, complex shape and certain strength of tensile parts.
