The quality inspection methods of stamped parts mainly include visual inspection, appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, hardness test, metallographic analysis, magnetic particle flaw detection and other methods.

The first is visual inspection, through the naked eye directly observe the appearance of stamped parts, check whether there are obvious defects, cracks, dents, scratches and other surface defects.

Second is the appearance inspection, through the use of magnifying glasses, microscopes and other tools to carry out detailed observation of the external surface of the stamped parts, in order to check the surface of the tiny defects, whether the surface coating is uniform, whether there is any peeling off of the paint film and so on.

Dimensional measurement is to accurately measure the geometric dimensions of the stamped parts by using tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, etc. to check the dimensions of the stamped parts such as diameter, length, width, etc. to ensure that they match the design requirements.

Hardness test is to test the hardness of the stamped parts through the hardness tester and other equipment, to understand whether the material hardness of the stamped parts meets the standard requirements, in order to judge the strength and wear resistance of the stamped parts.

Metallographic analysis is to observe and analyze the organization structure of the stamped parts through metallographic microscope, to check the grain size and phase composition inside the material in order to assess the material quality and performance of the stamped parts.

Magnetic particle flaw detection is carried out by applying magnetic powder on the surface of the stamped parts, using the effect of magnetic field to detect the stamped parts, and observing whether the magnetic powder is attracted by the magnetic lines of force, in order to check whether there are any defects such as cracks, poor welding, etc. in the stamped parts.
